Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself: by email, by Instagram or Facebook direct message, or through any form you fill in. That's usually things like your name, your business name and town, your social media links, and the photos, menu and hours you want on your site.

Website visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this website: which pages are viewed, the referring site, and the general type of device and country. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages and answer your questions.
• To design your free concept and build your website or other project.
• To send you invoices and keep a record of our work together.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal (website deposits, Care Plan and invoices) and Gumroad (templates and printables). You enter your payment details on their sites, not ours. Their own privacy policies cover how they handle that information.

We don't sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it when it's needed to do your project or take a payment (for example, PayPal processing your deposit).

Questions

Want your information deleted? Email us and we'll delete it, except records we must keep for taxes, like invoices.
