Terms of Service

Website builds

• Deposit: we take a 50% deposit to start and the final 50% when you approve the finished site.
• Refunds: your deposit is fully refundable any time before we send your first draft. Once the first draft is sent, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Turnaround: Starter and Business Sites take about 1 week, and the Restaurant Starter Kit takes 3–5 business days, once we have your photos, menu, hours and other content. Many projects are ready sooner, sometimes in as little as one day.

Revisions

Every build includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are $25 each, and they're free while you're on the Care Plan.

Hosting and your domain

We host your site free for the first 6 months. After that, hosting stays included with the $25/month Care Plan, or you can move your site to your own domain any time. You own your files.

Care Plan

The optional Care Plan is $25 a month, paid month to month. It covers menu, price, hours and photo updates.

Digital products

Templates and printables are sold through Gumroad. Their terms, including refunds, are as stated on each Gumroad listing.

No guarantees of results

We build every site with care, but we can't guarantee any number of sales, customers or a particular Google ranking.

Payments

Website deposits, Care Plan payments and final balances are paid securely through PayPal.
